Honey Baked Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. chicken (pieces you prefer)
    4 Tbsp. margarine or vegetable oil
    1/4 c. mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. curry powder
    1/2 c. honey
Preparation
    Wash and dry chicken pieces; skins can be removed.
    Melt margarine in a shallow baking pan.
    Add remaining ingredients. Roll chicken pieces in the mixture, then arrange in a single layer in the same pan.
    Bake at 375\u00b0, basting occasionally for 40 minutes, 30 minutes for boneless breasts.
