Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. butter, melted
    2 c. sour cream
    1/3 c. chopped onions
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Parboil potatoes, drain, cool and grate.
    Add butter, cheese, onions, salt and pepper.
    Stir in sour cream.
    Put mixture in a greased casserole dish. Dot with butter and bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Serves 10.
