Garlic Grits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tsp. salt
    7 c. water
    2 c. uncooked grits
    1 (6 oz.) roll Kraft garlic cheese
    1 c. butter, melted
    4 eggs, well beaten
    1/2 c. milk
    hot sauce to taste
Preparation
    Bring water to boil.
    Add salt; stir in grits.
    Cook, covered, on low heat until done (about 20 minutes).
    Stir in cheese (cut into cubes), butter, eggs, milk and hot sauce.
