Vanilla Egg Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
4 heaping Tbsp. flour
3 c. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation

Separate eggs; save whites for meringue.
Mix egg yolks, sugar and flour well.
May have to use a little of milk to mix well. Add rest of milk, vanilla and margarine.
Cook on top of stove on medium heat, stirring often.
Cook until thick.
Cool.
Pour in unbaked pie shell and bake until shell browns at 325\u00b0.
