Fudge(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/3 c. sugar
    1 (5 1/3 oz.) can evaporated milk
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1/2 c. Marshmallow Creme
    1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Butter a 9-inch square baking dish; set aside.
    In a 2-quart casserole or medium mixing bowl, combine sugar, evaporated milk and butter.
    Microwave at High for 3 to 4 minutes, or until mixture boils, stirring after every minute.
    Reduce to power level 7.
    Microwave for 3 to 3 1/2 minutes longer, or until sugar dissolves, stirring 1 or 2 times to prevent boiling over.
    Add remaining ingredients; stir until chocolate melts and mixture is blended.
    Pour into prepared dish.
    Chill to set.
    Makes approximately 2 pounds.
