Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hamburger
    2 small cans tomato sauce
    1 can black olives, sliced
    2 small cans sliced mushrooms
    2 pkg. dry taco seasoning
    1 pkg. soft flour taco shells
    1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    In a large skillet, brown hamburger. Drain off fat.
    Add taco seasoning and tomato sauce.
    Mix well. Grease a 9 x 13-inch cake pan. Place a layer of taco shells in bottom of pan, cutting to fit.
    Spread 1/3 of the following ingredients over them:
    meat, olives, mushrooms and cheese.
    Make second and third layers, starting again with the taco shells and ending with cheese.
    Bake in a preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 30 to 40 minutes or until meat is hot in center.
    Allow to stand for 5 minutes before serving.
    Cut into squares and serve.
    A tossed salad goes good with this meal.
