Toasted Coconut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. toasted coconut
2 c. unbleached flour
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1 egg, well beaten
1/4 c. oil
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Mix milk, egg, oil and vanilla.
Add to dry ingredients.
Stir until blended.
Pour into a greased and floured loaf pan, 9 x 5 x 3-inches.
Bake 1 hour.
