Corn And Swiss Cheese Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. fresh corn (can use canned)
    3/4 c. (3 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
    1/2 c. heavy cream
    1 large beaten egg
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    red pepper strips (optional garnish)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Lightly grease 4 (6 ounce) ramekins or custard cups.
    Combine all ingredients.
    Spoon into cups.
    Bake about 25 minutes until lightly browned and puffy.
    Garnish, if desired.
