Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. cooked and mashed sweet potatoes
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. milk

Preparation

Mix together.
Pour into crust and bake.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 5 minutes.
Reduce heat to 375\u00b0 to finish baking.
