Clam Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 fresh bud garlic
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese (room temperature), softened in microwave
2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese with chives
6 oz. can minced clams
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
dash of Tabasco sauce
Preparation

Rub bowl with garlic; then put garlic on toothpick to put into dip when mixed later. Pour juice off clams and mix with cheese (save clam juice to use if dip is too thick). Add lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco sauce and clams.
Mix well; place garlic bud in center and let set in refrigerator overnight. Next morning, remove garlic bud and stir dip well. Serve with chips or crackers.
