Lo-Cal Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. crushed corn flakes
    3 Tbsp. diced onion
    1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
    1/2 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    1 beaten egg (I use Egg Beaters)
    2/3 c. applesauce
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    2 1/2 c. tomato juice
    1 c. tomato soup
    1/2 c. catsup
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
