Chocolate Raspberry Streusel Square - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. oatmeal
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. margarine
1 c. raspberry preserves
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/4 c. chopped almonds
1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preparation

Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
Combine flour, oats, sugar, baking powder and salt.
Cut in margarine until mixture is crumbly.
Reserve 1 cup oat mixture for streusel.
Press remaining oat mixture onto bottom of ungreased 9-inch pan.
Bake 10 minutes.
Spread preserves over crust.
Sprinkle evenly with chocolate chips. Combine reserved oat mixture and almonds.
Sprinkle over chocolate chips.
Pat gently.
Bake 30 to 35 minutes until brown.
Cool and drizzle with melted chocolate.
Let set before cutting.
Makes 3 dozen.
