Pumpkin Cider Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    2/3 c. butter, softened
    4 eggs, beaten
    2 c. cooked pumpkin
    2/3 c. apple cider
    1/3 c. milk with 1 tsp. vinegar mixed in
    3 1/2 c. flour, unsifted
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. soda
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. cloves
    1 tsp. allspice
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. raisins or prepared mincemeat
Preparation
    Cream sugar and butter.
    Beat in eggs.
    Add pumpkin, cider and milk mixed with vinegar.
    Blend well.
    Combine dry ingredients in order given and stir into first mixture.
    Add nuts and raisins. Pour into two 9 x 5-inch greased loaf pans and bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 to 70 minutes.
