Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. sliced squash
    2 carrots, grated
    1 onion, chopped
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1 stick margarine or butter
    1/2 (8 oz.) pkg. herb stuffing
Preparation
    Cook squash, carrots and onion in water until tender; drain. Add sour cream and chicken soup; mix.
    Melt butter; mix with stuffing.
    Put 1/2 in baking dish; add squash mixture, then put the rest of stuffing on top.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0 or 1/2 hour in microwave.
