Beer Batter Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. fillets
    2 eggs, separated
    1/2 c. beer
    1/4 c. milk
    1 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Beat yolks thick and light.
    Blend in beer, milk, flour, salt and pepper.
    Mix until smooth.
    Beat whites stiff, but not dry. Fold into beer mixture.
    Pat fish dry.
    Dip and fry in deep fat (375\u00b0) for 2 to 3 minutes or until golden and puffed.
