Mushroom And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can mushrooms
    1 c. long grain rice
    3/4 stick butter
    1 can beef broth
    1 onion
Preparation
    Saute onion, butter and mushrooms.
    Mix cream of mushroom soup and rice together in 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
    Add sauteed mixture and stir.
    Add beef broth, slowly stirring the mixture. Bake at 350\u00b0 for one hour.
    Stir after 30 minutes.
