Ingredients

1 lb. Western-style franks
1 (10 oz.) jar orange marmalade
1 (10 oz.) jar apple jelly
1/4 c. horseradish
1 Tbsp. dry mustard
1 Tbsp. water
2 tsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. ground pepper
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
Preparation

Cut franks on a slant into 3/4-inch chunks.
Combine franks and remaining ingredients in saucepan.
Cook and stir over low heat until smooth.
Serve warm.
Use toothpicks to spear franks.
Makes about 3 cups.
