Pimento And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1/3 c. milk
    11 oz. pimento
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Melt cheese in double boiler.
    Add milk.
    Mix all other ingredients in a blender or by hand.
    Then stir into milk and cheese mixture.
    Cook 20 minutes.
    When cool, add mayonnaise. Makes 2 pints.
