Frosty Fruit Cubes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 1/2 or 3 3/4 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
    1 (4 1/2 oz.) pkg. frozen whipped topping, thawed
    1/4 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 (8 1/4 oz.) cans crushed pineapple, drained
    2 large bananas, chopped
    1/2 c. toasted, slivered almonds
    lettuce
Preparation
    Prepare instant pudding mix according to package directions. Stir in dessert topping, mayonnaise or salad dressing and lemon juice.
    Combine pineapple, bananas and almonds.
    Fold into pudding mixture.
    Turn mixture into 11 x 7 x 1 1/2-inch pan.
    Cover and freeze until firm.
