Fried Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 chicken, cut in eighths
1 c. wine vinegar
1 large onion, sliced
1 c. flour
pepper
salt (optional)
2 c. vegetable oil
Preparation
-
Put vinegar and onion slices in dish or bowl.
Place chicken parts in mixture and marinate in refrigerator overnight.
Turn at least once while marinating.
