Snickerdoodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. margarine or butter, softened
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 eggs
    2 3/4 c. all-purpose or unbleached flour
    1 tsp. cream of tartar
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    In large bowl, combine sugar, margarine, vanilla and eggs.
    Stir in flour, cream of tartar, baking soda and salt; blend well.
    Shape dough into 1-inch balls.
    Combine 2 tablespoons of sugar and cinnamon.
    Roll ball into sugar mixture. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
    Immediately remove from cookie sheet.
