Egg Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    egg roll skins
    1 lb. ground beef, chicken or pork
    3 green onions, finely chopped
    4 mushrooms, finely chopped
    5 leaves Chinese cabbage, finely chopped
    1 lb. bean sprouts, cook in boiling water 5 seconds and chop finely
    2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Cook ground beef and drain fat.
    Mix all ingredients together. Roll in egg skins and deep fry.
