Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 potatoes, peeled and sliced
    1 c. shredded cheese
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    3 Tbsp. flour
    3 Tbsp. butter
    2 c. milk
Preparation
    Cook potatoes on top of stove until almost tender.
    Mix rest of ingredients and cook until thick.
    In 2-quart casserole dish, layer potatoes and cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
