Chicken Ritz - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pieces boneless chicken breasts
    1 stack Ritz crackers, crushed
    1/3 to 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/4 c. parsley, chopped
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 stick margarine, melted
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Blend (mix) all dry ingredients.
    Dip each piece of chicken in margarine and then coat well with dry mixture.
    Arrange in shallow open casserole in a single layer. Pour remaining margarine over all.
    Place in preheated oven uncovered and bake for 1 hour.
    Do not turn!
