Reuben Sandwich - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sauerkraut
8 slices rye bread
1/2 stick oleo, soft
4 slices corned beef
4 slices Swiss cheese
Russian dressing (optional)
Preparation

Spread bread with butter.
Rinse sauerkraut and dry.
On bread, layer 1 slice corned beef, 1/4 cup sauerkraut, 1 slice cheese and 2 teaspoons dressing.
Top with remaining bread. Spread outside with butter and grill in skillet until golden. Serves 4.
