Cloud Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 beaten egg
    2/3 c. milk
Preparation
    Cut shortening into dry ingredients until crumbly.
    Combine milk and egg.
    Mix until forms a ball.
    Knead 8 to 10 times.
    Pat into arch and cut out biscuits.
    Continue until all dough is gone. Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 to 14 minutes.
