Brandied Fruit Starter - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 cup pineapple tidbits
1 cup peach slices
1 cup maraschino cherries
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 package dried yeast
Preparation

Obtain eight cups apothecary jar with lose fitting lid. Drain fruit well.
Put above ingredients in jar and stir with plastic spoon.
Put top on jar and allow to ferment on your range top or in a warm place for two weeks.
Stir once every day.
Be sure to use only plastic spoon.
After seven days it is ready to use, but do not add more fruit for two weeks.
Never let the contents of the jar get below 3 cups or the process will stop.
