Spinach Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. lasagna
    1 jar onion and garlic pasta sauce
    1 (15 oz.) container Ricotta cheese
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
    1 lb. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 eggs, beaten
    chopped parsley
Preparation
    Prepare lasagna to package directions; drain.
    In a medium bowl, combine Ricotta cheese, spinach, 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese and eggs.
    Mix well.
    In a 15 x 9-inch baking dish, layer sauce, lasagna and then more sauce.
    Then all the spinach mixture, half the remaining Mozzarella cheese, then a layer of lasagna and sauce.
    Cover with aluminum foil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Uncover and top with the remaining Mozzarella cheese and parsley. Bake 15 minutes and let stand 10 minutes before serving.
