The Bishop - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 orange
    12 cloves
    1 fifth dry red wine
    1 cinnamon stick
    1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Stud orange with cloves and simmer with wine and cinnamon stick in medium saucepan 30 minutes. Add sugar and stir until dissolved. Serve in preheated mugs.
    Makes 4 servings.
