Christmas Morning Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    15 slices day-old bread
    1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
    2 2/3 c. milk
    4 eggs
    3/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1/4 c. melted butter
    dash of paprika
Preparation
    Trim crusts and cut bread in cubes.
    Put layer of bread in a large, buttered casserole or souffle dish.
    Cover bread with cheese, then cover cheese with remaining bread.
    Beat eggs.
    Add milk and seasonings to eggs.
    Pour over bread.
    Pour melted butter over all.
    Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.
    Cook in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
    Great for baking while opening Christmas presents; when you are done with opening your gifts, your breakfast is done.
