The Best Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
    2 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 to 3 tsp. cinnamon
    3 c. grated carrot
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, adding carrots and nuts last.
    Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes until toothpick stuck in center comes out clean.
    Frost with Cream Cheese Frosting.
