Cheese Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

bread slices
butter
1/4 lb. grated cheese
5 eggs
2 c. milk
1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
-
Butter bread slices and place, buttered side down, in a baking dish (9 x 13-inch).
Spread with grated cheese.
Add another layer of bread, buttered side up.
Cover with remaining cheese.
