Crab Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small can crabmeat
2 slices bread (wet and crumbled)
celery, diced
1 small onion, diced
1/2 green pepper, diced
2 hard-boiled eggs, diced
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Fry celery, onion and green pepper in butter until tender. Add crab, bread crumbs, egg, salt and pepper.
Mix well; form into cakes.
Dip cakes in cracker crumbs, then egg, then cracker crumbs and fry slowly.
