Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. lean ground beef
    1/2 c. milk
    2 pieces bread, crumbled
    1 c. Heinz 57 sauce
    3/4 c. ketchup
    1 large onion, finely chopped
    1 Tbsp. Lawry's seasoning salt
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/4 c. Texas Pete
    1 tsp. Accent
    1 tsp. celery seed
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Put in a loaf pan.
    Put extra ketchup, onion and Heinz 57 on top.
    Put a little water around edges of meat loaf to retain moistness during baking.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
