Oven Baked Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. beef round steak (3/4-inch thick)
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, cut up (undrained)
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. dried dill weed
    4 medium carrots, cut into strips
    2 medium zucchini, sliced (2 c.)
    hot cooked rice
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Trim excess fat from meat.
    Cut meat into 6 serving pieces.
    In plastic bag, combine half of flour, 1 teaspoon salt and 1/8 teaspoon pepper.
    Shake meat into flour mixture to coat.
