Sweet Potato Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium sweet potatoes, cooked
    12 marshmallows
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 egg, beaten
    crushed cornflakes
    1 c. fat
Preparation
    Drain potatoes well and mash.
    Add nutmeg, sugar and butter. Cool.
    If too thin, add some crushed cornflakes.
    Form into balls around marshmallows.
    Dip into beaten egg and roll into crushed cornflakes.
    Brown in hot fat.
    They cook instantly, so do not burn.
    Good cold or hot.
    Can be frozen and deep fry later.
