Egg Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 stick margarine or butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. milk
    4 eggs
    1 (9 to 10-inch) unbaked pie shell
    dash of nutmeg
Preparation
    Mix well the sugar, butter, vanilla and milk; bring to a boil. Beat eggs in mixer real well.
    When milk mixture comes to a boil, pour slowly over eggs, beating while pouring into pie shell. Sprinkle with nutmeg.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 approximately 45 minutes or until crust sets.
