Kwanzaa Delight - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 tsp. curry powder
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 c. chopped almonds
1/2 c. green seedless grapes, cut in half
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
2 (6 oz.) cans water packed white tuna
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 tsp. cumin
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. raisins
Preparation

Drain water from tuna and flake tuna into mixing bowl.
Stir in seasonings, onion and mayonnaise.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Fold in raisins, grapes and toasted almonds. Refrigerate several hours before serving.
Serves 4 to 6.
