Quiche Lorraine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. bacon
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. onion
    3 eggs, beaten
    2 c. cream
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 lb. Swiss cheese
    1/4 tsp. cayenne or 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Cook bacon and onion in butter 5 minutes.
    Put ingredients in a pie crust.
    Bake 10 minutes at 450\u00b0.
    Reduce to 325\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until firm.
