Salmon Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (7 oz.) can salmon
    8 oz. vermicelli
    1/2 c. diced green pepper
    1/4 c. pimento
    1 c. white sauce or 1 can mushroom soup
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Boil vermicelli.
    Mix flaked and drained salmon with sauce and stir thoroughly.
    Mix remaining ingredients.
    Place in medium baking dish in layers with vermicelli.
    Bake for 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Uncork a bottle of Grey Riesling and savor with the casserole.
