Snow Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large bowl fresh clean snow
    1 1/2 to 2 c. heavy or whipping cream, chilled
    2 Tbsp. vanilla, chilled
    1 1/4 c. powdered sugar, sifted
Preparation
    Mix cream and vanilla and pour over freshly fallen snow in an ice cold bowl.
    Add powdered sugar until well blended. Be careful not to let it melt. Add more snow if ice cream is too thin or more sugar if not sweet enough. Eat immediately.
