Salsa Cruda - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 flat can green chilies
1 can Italian (pear-shaped) tomatoes
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
2 large or 3 small cloves garlic, minced
1 medium onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. Bertolli olive oil
1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
pinch of oregano
pinch of cumin
pinch of coriander
Preparation

Strain first 3 ingredients.
Save spills to put back in.
Chop and mix all together.
Keep in covered jars in the refrigerator.
