1 lb. fresh spinach, remove tough stems
1 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 to 2 lb. chicken (bite-size pieces)
1 lb. grated Swiss or Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. melted oleo
1 c. dry white wine or chicken broth
1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
