Peanut Butter Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 prepared graham crust
1 c. confectioners sugar
3/4 c. peanut butter
1 pkg. Jell-O vanilla pudding
milk
Cool Whip (optional)
Preparation

Combine sugar and peanut butter.
Mix thoroughly and roll out as though pastry.
Place on top of pie crust.
Prepare pudding with milk as instructed on package.
Pour into pie shell.
Chill in refrigerator 2 hours before serving.
Top with Cool Whip, if desired.
