Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. of sugar
    1 c. of white syrup
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. pecans chopped
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Mix all of the above ingredients excluding the cornstarch.
    Mix cornstarch with water to make a paste, then add to mixture.
    Pour into pie crust.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until brown and firm.
