Pimiento Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. (454 g) grated mild cheese
    1 (7 oz. or 198 g) can chopped pimientos
    1/4 tsp. (1.4 ml) pepper
    4 Tbsp. (60 ml) mayonnaise
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, using more or less mayonnaise as desired. Use for stuffing celery or for sandwiches.
    Yields about 1 1/2 pounds (680 g) pimiento cheese.
