Sugar Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1 c. powdered sugar
2 sticks butter
2 eggs
1 c. oil
4 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt

Preparation

Cream sugar, powdered sugar, butter, eggs and oil. Add flour, soda, cream of tartar, vanilla and salt. Mix well and chill until firm. Drop by teaspoonfuls on ungreased cookie sheet. Press with bottom of glass dipped in sugar. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 8 minutes.
