Sylvia'S Chop Suey - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can Chinese vegetables
    chuck roast, cut into pieces
    pork roast, cut into pieces
    celery, chopped
    soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 c. water
    white rice
Preparation
    Mix first 5 ingredients together and simmer for hours.
    Just before serving, mix together cornstarch and water.
    Mix into chop suey and stir until liquid has cleared.
    Serve over white rice.
