Shepherd'S Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 large onion, diced
    1 can whole kernel corn, drained
    leftover mashed potatoes
Preparation
    Brown together meat and onion.
    Drain excess fat.
    Add 2 cups water and thicken mixture with flour.
    Add corn.
    Put mixture in greased casserole dish.
    Spread about 2 inches of mashed potatoes on top.
    Dot with oleo and sprinkle with parsley flakes.
    Cover; bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
