Almond Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. large mushrooms, about 1 1/2 doz.
1/3 c. dry bread crumbs
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. rosemary
1/8 tsp. marjoram
1/4 c. finely chopped almonds
1 Tbsp. capers (optional)
2 Tbsp. butter
3 Tbsp. finely snipped parsley

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Wash mushrooms and remove stems and reserve.
Pat mushroom caps dry and sprinkle inside of caps with Accent.
Chop mushroom stems very fine.
Combine with bread crumbs, lemon juice, rosemary, marjoram, salt, almonds and capers. Spoon mixture into caps and dot each mushroom with butter.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes.
Sprinkle with parsley and serve immediately. Serves 1 1/2 dozen.
